All our rooms are 3.5 self-rated, and have air conditioning, a digital television with all stations in addition to Foxtel, free wireless internet, a mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, with each room having its own ensuite.

There’s a barbeque area on the grounds for those who like to cook a steak or two, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pool and the surrounding gardens within the enclosed courtyard.

There is off street parking for all guests staying with us, with ample parking outside the rooms, and space for larger vehicles.

Sovereign Inn Cowra offers breakfast 7 days a week and guests can choose from a cooked or  continental breakfast in Furphy’s Brasserie.

Furphy’s Brasserie is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday with a range of tempting meals for your dining enjoyment. You can also enjoy a drink from the bar with your meal.

The Townhouse Tavern is the ideal place to relax after a long day. You can choose a beer from one of the eight icy cold beer taps or a glass of wine from the selection available. There’s also a range of spirits to choose from, if they are more to your liking. While having a drink in the Tavern, you can have a flutter on the pokies, or try your hand at a game of pool in the bar area.

If you are looking for a function room, the Townhouse Tavern Function room is available and can accommodate up to 100 people. Its central location makes it a great place for conferences, celebrations and meetings.

Sovereign Inn Cowra is situated on the banks of the Lachlan River, and there are a number of attractions our guests can enjoy while staying with us. You can visit the Japanese Gardens and Cultural Centre, where the annual Cherry Blossom Festival is held each September. There is also the World War II POW camp site where the Cowra Breakout occurred.
