The Institute of Executive Coaching was established in 1999 as a centre of excellence for executive coaching. Since that time the company has trained over 1,100 coaches, and they have become known as one of Australia’s most respected coaching and coach training organisations.
A team of experienced coaches and facilitators work at CEO, Board and senior executive level in the public, private and not for profit sectors, providing innovative leadership programs and executive coaching. The Institute’s clients include some of the region’s best known organisations.
The challenge
The company approached Zebra Interactive to conduct a rebranding exercise in order to create a new brand and value proposition. They required a new logo to be designed, and its application would be used across all marketing materials from stationery and print to varied promotional products. The challenge was also for Zebra’s creative team to design a new website that would place IEC at the forefront of their industry.
The process
Zebra Interactive's first assignment was to create a unique brand identity for IEC. Zebra Interactive responded by creating a distinctive look and feel for the company. The design team developed a new logo and associating website designs. The new website had to be easy to navigate and able to be managed and updated by the client. Zebra Interactive was then given the opportunity to develop print material for IEC. As a result Zebra produced a bright, professional and appealing brochure which reflected the company and their core values.
The results
IEC has become a recognised and respected company within the marketplace, and in just a few months the company saw exponential growth across Australia. IEC is now able to communicate and promote their business effectively and professionally, thanks to their new online presence and print material. This is turn has helped to increase the credibility of the company.
