The Singapore based hotel management company has the single-minded focus of delivering their signature Asian grace and hospitality promise. In addition, Meritus resort hotels offer choice locations, with spectacular views, and unique dining and recreational facilities that depict the local cultural surroundings.
The Challenge
The challenge consisted of:
- developing customised web pages that would facilitate online group bookings and;
- Provide a tool set online that would allow meeting and event planners to find, plan and implement meetings and events across suitable venues within the Meritus chain of hotels.
The Process
Our partners in the Licensee Network development team implemented the HTML website on the Meritus corporate website to make navigation of meetings and event website easier for users.
Functionalities were customised to provide customers with online tools including:
- meeting room search tool
- planner resources
- capacity tables
- directories
The Result
The customised meeting and events website provides Meritus hotels and resorts with the opportunity to promote their venues online; importantly the nature of the online toolset removes time from customer service and event managers. In addition, customers have the online tools to find suitable venues for their events in a quick and effective manner.
